We are a parent/adult-supervised playground. All parents and caregivers are responsible for their child's safety and supervision in the playground and are required to be within arm's-reach at all times.

No outside food or drink is allowed in the playground at anytime. This is strictly enforced due to potential allergies in children sharing the playground. All food and drink must be surrendered at the reception while signing in for play. The only exceptions to this rule is baby food, liquids in the child’s sip cups and water.

Play Paradise is a socks-only environment. All adults and children must wear socks at all times in the playground. If you have forgotten to wear socks, we do sell them on site at $2 a pair.

Play Paradise is very particular about keeping our playground neat and clean. All toys, mats and play accessories are wiped every day and sanitised once a week. Our washrooms are also cleaned several times a day to ensure hygiene safety.

Please keep sick children at home. We reserve the right to refuse admission and send a child home to get well at our discretion. Children play best when happy and healthy.

There is no charge for children under one when accompanied by an older sibling or friend. Please ensure that you stay with your infant at all times in the playground as some toys that are potential choking hazards. We do have a special infant play area for their use.

If you are visiting the playground with your only child, he or she needs to be atleast 10 months old in order to enter as the playground is not designed for play for infants under 10 months. As per our policy, there is no charge for children under one, so their entry is free.

While you supervise your child’s play, we have books and magazines for your reading pleasure. We also have a well-stocked cafe that offers regular coffee, café latte, cappuccino, tea, canned pop and juice boxes. Light snacks including chips, low-fat cookies, fruit-to-go and fruit cups are also available.
