In order for us to be successful from day one, the selection of a location is a
very important criteria. On signing our franchise agreement, we assist in the search, selection and lease negotiations for the right space required for our business. -
Ideally, we need 3000 to 4000 sq.feet of retail space in an easily assessable strip mall with plenty of parking. Its important to ensure that local municipal by-laws allow us to operate our specific type of business on the selected premises. -
We wish to be located in an area largely populated by young urban families, our prime target market.
